**The role**

Our client is seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to join their Intellectual Property & Technology team. This role will see you providing administrative support to the wider IP team. The firm advises on cutting edge IP & Technology matters including IT projects, privacy and data protection and copyright & trademarks.
- Duties will include:_
- Liaising with clients both locally and overseas
- drafting IP Australia forms and other documents
- Monitoring critical dates
- end of month billing
- Administrative and reporting duties relating to both foreign and domestic trademark matters
- monitoring incoming correspondence, etc.
