Due to rapid growth within our business, we are searching for experienced Support Workers to join our team on a casual basis

- About the Role_
- Provide assistance with community access and recreational activities
- Provide transportation and help with day-to-day responsibilities
- Provide assistance with domestic tasks such as cleaning
- Provide assistance of groups running in the house
- Provide assistance with meal prep
- Provide assistance with personal care such as showering, toileting etc.
- Provide assistance with manual handling and/or the use of support mobility equipment such as wheelchairs
- About You_
- Relevant qualifications (Cert III or Diploma) in Disability, Individual Support or Community Services
- Friendly and enthusiastic personality who has professional experience in the disability sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Potential to work in other suburbs
- Legal rights to work in Australia
- Own transport and current Australian Drivers Licence
- Ability to work autonomously
- Be reliable and willing to go the extra mile
- Have an understanding of the NDIS
- Be compassionate and understanding
- Must have a valid National Police Check or willingness to obtain one
- Must have a Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current First Aid and CPR or willingness to obtain one
- Current Administration of Medication Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Current Manual Handling Certificate or willingness to obtain one
- Available to work varying shift hours
