Our client is a reputable global law firm with offices based in all the major cities in Australia including Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Perth.

They are currently looking to recruit a level 2 Digital Support Analyst based in the Perth office.

**The Role and Responsibilities**

The role will fall within the IT Team in the Perth office, and will be responsible for the following:

- Provide quality Tier 2 on-site and remote technical support to partners and staff.
- Support and administration of mobile device management platform, as well as Microsoft 365 administration and support.
- Respond to tickets, troubleshoot and resolve hardware problems in a timely manner.
- Use SCCM to manage devices and setup users, as well as manage inventory of IT hardware in the office.
