**Retail Store Manager**

The job entails, running the day to day functions of the retail shop, serving customers, managing a small team of casual staff and store inventory. Develop and implement marketing initiatives.
- Drives product sales and services through engagement with customers and expert product knowledge
- Accurately account for cash and till operations
- Answer the incoming calls to the store and liaise with service technicians
- Manage casual staff rosters, provide leadership to select and develop staff.
- Efficiently manage store inventory.
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives and merchandising in the store.

Previous management experience is not essential, we are looking for a hard working, friendly person to run the shop with a can do attitude.

Writing this job as the current manager, I can say it is a fantastic workplace. Staff are really friendly and very flexible with covering shifts, never had any issues with customers, the summer months are busy and exciting and then conversely the winters are quiet and you can very easily keep on top of work.

**Work hours and benefits**

The job is advertised as Full time which equates to roughly 40 hours per week. Although there is some flexibility to negotiate flexible working arrangement if needed.

Ideally you would be able to work at least one weekend, preferably Saturday and or Sunday during Spring and Summer.

**How to apply**

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Retail Sales : 3 years (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
