**WHO WE NEED**

Challenger is seeking enthusiastic and results driven casual in-home cleaners to join our team in the Gold Coast area. In this hands-on role, you will be encouraged to take pride in your work and be committed to working to a high level of safety, delivering exceptional cleaning services based on our award-winning standards and our client needs. We are looking for people with a real desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Be a brand ambassador and deliver the best experience to the residents and visitors
- Ensure that homes are kept clean and hygienic, considering the participants needs and preferences
- Be able to perform household cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, washing dishes, cleaning surfaces and emptying bins, etc.
- Adhering to all company safety and hazards policies, to maintain a safe workplace environment
- Make a real difference to the quality of life for those in need

**WHAT YOU’LL NEED?**
- Be passionate about providing support for people with disabilities and the elderly
- Professional Cleaning Experience desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
- Monday to Friday availability - No Weekends or Public Holidays
- Current Driver's Licence
- Own reliable vehicle (required)
- Hold or ability to obtain Current National Police Check (required)
- Have 2 vaccinations for Covid-19 and a current Influenza vaccination (required)
- Smart phone and data access for rostering requirements
- Good presentation and grooming
- Sound communication skills
