Zone Bowling Frankston is currently looking to expand our team with multiple roles: Party Hosts, Guest Service Attendants and Food & Beverage Attendants.

This job is ideal for people looking for part-time work. Hours are typically 10-25 per week with more hours available over school holiday periods. Mainly weekend and weekday evening shifts with some day shifts available. It is a fun and different work place We pride ourselves on looking after our guests and doing it with a fun attitude : )

**Guest Services Attendants/Customer Service Attendants**

Are your customer service skills the best of the best? Are you a super communicator whose personal presentation is second to none? Used to working in a fast-paced environment? Experience with cash handling? Our guests are waiting to meet you

**Café/Food and Beverage Attendants**

Do you have previous experience working in a café with food preparation and hold an RSA (Responsible Service or Alcohol certificate)? Superior customer service, great at multi-tasking, time management, attention to detail and communication skills? Used to working in a fast-paced environment? Experience with cash handling? We want you on our food and beverage Team

**Party Hosts**

If you have a friendly, enthusiastic and bubbly personality, display initiative with children and parents to create a fun and friendly atmosphere and have the exceptional customer service skills to deliver the ultimate birthday party experience - the party is waiting for you

Responsibilities include but not limited too:

- Putting people onto bowling lanes
- Getting shoes for our guests
- Hosting birthday parties
- Taking and serving food and drink orders
- Making coffees and milkshakes
- Serving alcohol (RTD’s and wine only)
- Kitchen work, cooking and preparing food
- Cleaning duties
- Giving out prizes at our redemption cabinet.

If you are over 18 RSA is a must or willing to obtain within 3 months of employment

Prior hospitality experience and coffee making experience will be favorable

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $11.85 - $22.00 per hour
