**Role Summary**:
The Digital-Content Creator is an exciting opportunity in our Customer Training team based at our Perth CBD offices.

The purpose of the role is to develop digital media that elevates and enhances learning solutions for the Customer Business Unit (CBU). The CBU comprises of customer-facing teams working in a call-centre environment and teams that directly support services for customers.

**Key responsibilities of the role include**:

- Design or co-design media artifacts that enhance learning solution, such as eLearning modules, VR (virtual reality) modules, posters, quick reference guides etc.
- Provide input and deliver according to the project timeline the Customer Training Specialists develop.
- Coordinate and execute the filming and editing of video content, utilising technical skills in tools such as Premier Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce polished and engaging training materials.
- Collaborate with the Customer Training team to continually assess the effectiveness of digital media solutions, gathering feedback and making iterative improvements to optimise learning outcomes.

**What you’ll bring**:

- At least 5+ years in a similar capacity, including the development of digital learning solutions.
- Proven ability to adapt to evolving technologies and stay abreast of industry trends ensuring a forward-thinking approach to digital media development.
- Experience using eLearning authoring tools such as, Articulate Storyline and Rise.
- CUA50720 Diploma of Graphic Design or higher, demonstrating a strong foundation in graphic design principles.
- TAE40116 Cert IV in Training and Assessment or 10893NAT Cert IV in Learning Design and Facilitation will be highly regarded, but not essential.
