Little Boomers Basketball is looking for passionate **Coaches and Mentors** to join our team. Whether you’re experienced in basketball or just love working with children, this is your chance to inspire, guide, and grow alongside them.

- Great pay progression: $25/hr (training) → $30/hr (qualified) → up to $35/hr based on performance

**What we’re looking for**:

- Positive, energetic individuals who enjoy working with kids (basketball experience is a plus, not a must)
- Must hold (or be willing to obtain) a **Working With Children Check (WWCC)**:

- Must hold a valid driver’s licence and be able to drive

Availability:

- **Weekdays after 3:30pm**:

- **Weekends (whole day, flexible hours - minimum 2 hours to start with training)**:

- Permanent residents or citizens only (not suitable for working holiday visas)

**Key details**:

- Expected start date**:17th October 2025**:

- Training/probation period: 8 weeks
- Training provided and fully paid
- Ongoing coaching opportunities once qualified
