**About the Company**
Davidson Technology are supporting a State Government Department, they are seeking a **Project Officer - Trainer** to join their team for an initial **12-month contract** with potential to extend.

In this role you will be operating from within the Integrated Program team (Program) of the Enterprise Program Management Office EPMO, you will support the Program Director in the delivery of the stakeholder readiness stream.

This role has an ASAP start, with a Brisbane CBD location and the ability for 50-50 wfh capability.

**About the Role**
In this role you will be collaborating with the wider Program team to develop training and communication materials which enable the adoption and use of their Platform and external Portal, supporting the organisation in achieving digital transformation.

Key responsibilities:

- Providing support and advice to the Program team in the design, delivery, and support materials to implement the digital platform.
- Supporting external stakeholders to transition to and use the new RSHQ Portal.
- Co-ordinating and supporting key Program activities, including user acceptance testing and training.
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders by encouraging and supporting solution adoption and use.
- Delivering training sessions and preparing online resources to support internal and external stakeholders.
- Developing instructional videos, user guides and providing information and advice tailored to different audiences.
- Escalating issues to the Program Director and tracking issues through to resolution.
- Providing support with the development and distribution of communication collateral.

**About You**
To be successful, you will demonstrate:

- Working in a business transformation program
- Experience/knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience working with software such as Camtasia, Canva, Adobe Pro. (Highly Desirable)
- Document Control and/or strong administrative skills. (Highly Desirable)
- Design of communication and training material for digital solutions.
- Ability to produce instructional videos
- Experience in training delivery
- Common office software programs and ability to acquire knowledge in other required programs.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

**The Benefits**
This opportunity offers you an initial 12 month contract with potential to extend at an **A04/5** hourly rate (negotiable based on experience).
