Our client is a large national law firm with offices in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth with over 600 staff nationally.
They are looking for an experienced IT Trainer to join their team in Brisbane to work nationally with other IT Trainers and the national IT support team.
**The Role and Responsibilities**
The primary responsibilities for the role include, amongst other things:
- Setup and troubleshoot audio visual and video conference systems.
- Participate in after hours on call roster as required.
**You**
To be successful, you will:
- Have proven abiility to train and offer one-on-one support to users.
- Assisting in design processes and systems' implementation of training.
- Assisting in writing and implementing training manuals for the firm nationally.
