**Job Role**

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Support Worker to provide **24/7 one-on-one care** for a 17-year-old male living with **Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)**, **ADHD**, and an **intellectual disability**.

The client requires **supervision, prompting, and assistance with all areas of daily living**, including personal care, household tasks, and community participation. Support will be tailored to his individual needs, ensuring a safe, structured, and positive environment.

**Additional Details**:

- **Schedule**: 24/7 coverage - shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- **Type**: Casual

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide constant 1:1 support and supervision in all settings
- Assist with personal care routines (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Support daily living skills, meal preparation, and household tasks
- Encourage participation in activities and community outings

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current **NDIS Worker Screening Check**:

- Valid **First Aid & CPR Certification**:

- **Full Driver’s Licence** and reliable transport
- Relevant **qualification** or **equivalent experience** in Disability Support or related field
