Currently, we are seeking compassionate and dedicated **Gardeners** to join our team and provide exceptional **ongoing** **Gardening Service **to our clients.

We are seeking a Casual Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for assisting with various gardening tasks, such as planting, weeding, pruning, lawn care, and general maintenance. This is a position suitable for individuals who have a passion for gardening, have their own gardening equipment and want to make a difference in lives of others.

**Responsibilities**:

- Mowing and edging lawns.
- Assist in planting flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Perform weeding and mulching to maintain the garden's appearance.
- Prune and trim plants and shrubs as needed.
- Watering and fertilizing plants.
- General garden maintenance and cleanup.
- Communicate with the team and supervisor to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- A genuine interest in gardening and horticulture.
- Previous gardening experience.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that may involve bending, lifting, and carrying.
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Availability for flexible, on-call hours.
