Job Overview:
The Relationship Officer plays a vital role in promoting Help at Hand Support's services and expanding our network. As an all-rounder, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and the community. You will also play a key role in organizing events, making outreach calls, and spreading awareness about our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
- Actively engage with potential external providers, community organizations, and partners to promote Help at Hand Support's services.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with both current and potential external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and they feel valued.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market conditions to provide relevant advice and insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to assess clients satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
Outreach and Networking:
- Attend community events, meetings, and other networking opportunities to raise awareness about Help at Hand Support.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities to connect with potential clients and partners.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase the visibility of our services in the community.
Event Planning and Management:
- Organize and execute events, workshops, and information sessions to engage the community and promote our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and strategies for events.
- Ensure events run smoothly and are well-attended.
Communication and Follow-Up:
- Make outreach calls to potential clients and partners, providing information about our services and answering any questions.
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and progress in the CRM system.
General Support:
- Assist with administrative tasks related to outreach and relationship management.
- Provide feedback to management on community needs and trends.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Help at Hand Support's services and outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a relationship management, sales, or community engagement role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects.
Familiarity with the NDIS and the disability services sector is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for community outreach and events.
