**Your role as an Advisor Social Impact will involve**:
- Support the implementation of the sustainability strategy and broader strategic objectives, including community relationships, modern slavery and human rights, change management and embedding sustainability culture and awareness
- Coordinate the Sustainability & Environment Employee Resource Group
- Develop, maintain and support the implementation of the Sustainability stakeholder communication and engagement plan
- Establish and maintain relationships with community partnerships to support the achievement of sustainability targets
- Engage with key internal stakeholders to raise awareness and advocate for sustainability-related initiatives and targets
- Continuously research current trends and drawing on best practice to provide recommendations for improvements
- Driving and fostering effective partnerships with local communities, governments and other stakeholders - building sustainable processes for enduring relationships that support The Perth Mint’s social license to operate and growth
- Source and collaborate with external learning partners to deliver learning solutions/outcomes
**Experience**:
- Tertiary qualification in social performance, social planning or impact, community development, communications, social science or relevant discipline
- 3-5 years in Sustainability and/or social performance position
- Strong track record in delivering social actions and outcomes
- Demonstrated experience with sustainability reporting standards i.e. SDGs, GRI
- Proven ability to work autonomously, manage project timelines and contribute to continual and improved productivity, efficiencies, and improvements
- Experience in supporting the delivery of key events including planning, assisting with communications and stakeholder engagement
