**About the role**:
This is more than just a Logistics role, this is a role that requires a hands-on team member, it's a chance to be part of a business that’s growing. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of Supply Chain while also supporting wider operational improvements.
- Key Responsibilities: _

Manage the daily picking, packing, assembly and dispatch of retail and online orders, making sure things go out quickly, accurately, and in line with brand expectations

Network Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive operations and distribution network strategy aimed at optimising logistics processes, minimising lead times, and improving service delivery.

Inventory Management: Set up and follow a policy to keep inventory accurate, do regular checks, and make reports on stock levels, differences, and changes to fix issues quickly.

Identify and evaluate opportunities for cost reduction

Champion innovation and continuous improvement across all operations functions

Develop, implement, and maintain an on-time-in-full (OTIF) policy to ensure reliable delivery performance and customer satisfaction.

Oversee the entire supply chain, working with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of materials.

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Implement ERP system to enhance inventory accuracy, streamline operations, and improve order fulfillment

Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance and inventory accuracy.

Support the wider team with the intake of goods from local and international suppliers, ensuring all stock is processed correctly and efficiently

Analyse regional distribution data to identify trends, provide actionable recommendations, and drive continuous improvement in logistics operations

Oversee timely and accurate movement of goods from procurement through production to delivery.

Develop and execute an integrated national supply chain strategy aligned to growth and customer experience goals.
- About you: _

Relevant experience in Logistics, preferably in a parts and OME environment.

Strong skills in MRP systems (IFS desirable) and Microsoft Office products.

Experience in senior leadership role with a combined accountability for supply chain and logistics transport roles.

Strong knowledge of Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport strategy, cost optimisation, efficiencies and productivity.

3 years of experience in a supply production environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $51,978.56 - $129,656.51 per year
