- $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 YearI am looking to hire an experienced Marketing Insights Manager for a leading FMCG Retail brand.

**About the role**:

- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to provide valuable insights to support business strategy.
- Lead projects that focus on social listening, media intelligence, and NPD insights to help guide product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to provide strategic recommendations based on research insights.
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including surveys, focus groups, and secondary data analysis to identify key insights.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality insights.

**About you**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in research or marketing insights, with experience in social listening, media intelligence, and NPD insights.
- Experience working for a Research or Insight agency with experience in FMCG Retail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate insights to both internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in using research tools such as SPSS, Qualtrics, and Nielsen.
