We are inviting expressions of interest for a **6-month full-time secondment opportunity as a Finance & Administration Officer.**This role offers a unique chance to contribute to the financial and administrative success of our South Australian health contracts, supporting operational delivery, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide end-to-end financial support, including purchase requisitions, accounts payable processing, and operating reports.
- Assist in payroll processing and maintenance of accurate leave and employee records across multiple service lines.
- Support operational managers through the coordination of administrative functions, reporting, and resource management.
- Maintain efficient office processes and systems, including stock control and distribution of supplies.
- Contribute to internal and client-facing communications while ensuring confidentiality and professionalism.
**Key Attributes & Skills**
- Demonstrated experience in accounting or finance support roles; payroll experience highly regarded.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and financial software systems; ability to manage high volumes of data accurately.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
