Role and Responsibilities:
Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere
Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
Efficiently coordinate and manage the appointment calendar
Check-in and check-out patients, ensuring accurate record keeping
Process quotes, invoices and payments
Administration tasks including filing, data entry, and inventory management
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient flow

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient computer skills; familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment
Professional and friendly demeanour, with a strong commitment to patient satisfaction
Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus but not essential.

Appropriate remuneration will be provided based on experience and skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
