A national company have an immediate requirement for experienced Maintenance Officers to work across a portfolio of buildings and assets in Sydney’s CBD.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be carrying out all-round general maintenance across a range of assets, which include the following:
Assisting in the maintenance and installation of partitions, counters, cabinets and flooring

Maintenance and installation of window shades, venetian blinds, and curtain rods, wall fans, and door locks for tenants.

Repair of damaged ceiling tiles, floor tiles and wall coverings

General reporting Client liaison Other related Carpentry duties

Cleaning gutter etc

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous maintenance experience, not criminal record, physically fit, good communication skills and basic computer skills.

**What you'll get in return**

You will receive a company vehicle, phone, overtime, hourly rate of $38.00 + super per hour and ongoing training and career progression, where you will have the opportunity to step into facilities management.

**Your new company**

A global company have an immediate requirement for an experienced Maintenance Officer / Handy Person to join their team, where you will be based on an A Grade site in Sydney’s CBD.

**Your new role**

This position requires you to carry out all round general commercial maintenance where you will be responsible for coordinating sub-contractors, replacing lamps, painting / patching, minor plumbing, minor carpentry and other related maintenance duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have previous facilities maintenance experience, good customer service skills and basic computer skills.

**What you'll get in return**

This role will be based on an A grade fixed site in Sydney’s CBD, where you will receive $75,000 + super, clean working environment within an established facilities maintenance company.

A large company based in Sydney’s West are looking for an experienced Handy Person to carry out a broad range of maintenance across a large manufacturing site.

**Your new role**

In this role you will be carrying out preventive and reactive maintenance on roller doors, dock levellers, replacing bollards, fixing racking, painting / patching, basic carpentry, welding, changing lamps and other related maintenance duties.

**What you'll need to succeed**

You will have the ability to carry out general building maintenance, have a mechanical understanding, have good communication skills and have the ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
