**We are now seeking an experienced performance-driven Service Advisor who can focus on delivering an exceptional Guest Experience.**

**About the role**:
The successful applicant will be working closely with the Service & Assistant Manager, you will be 100% focused on managing and exceeding your guest’s expectations whist their vehicle is in our care.

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Deliver the **‘Oh, What A Feeling’** brand promise.
- Adopt the **Toyota For Life** quality standards.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture.
- Maximise opportunities for the Dealership.

**The successful applicant will possess**:

- Previous experience in a Service Advisor role or Retail Service Department.
- Sound automotive technical knowledge.
- Customer service with the ability to maintain positive relationships with our Guests.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Current driving license.
