**Your Role**

As our Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production equipment and facilities. You’ll work closely with our operations team to minimise downtime and keep our machinery humming.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on food manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective solutions
- Assist with equipment upgrades, installations, and modifications
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize performance

**What You’ll Bring**
- Trade qualification as a Fitter & Turner or Mechanical Fitter
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime or weekend shifts if required
