**Description**:
We have positions available as Customer Solutions Specialists; these roles are responsible for taking inbound calls to assist the public with general information regarding transport in Queensland.

You will be provided with all the support and training you need to do your job well. This role will be fast-paced, dynamic, and very rewarding.

**Key Details**:
Multiple permanent, full-time roles available - 38 hours per week
12 days comprehensive paid training and access to additional support while you are settling in
Must be available to work on a rotational roster, 5 days Monday to Sunday 6:00am to 6:00am
Rotating roster generally released 2 weeks in advance

**The ability to be able to work from home need to have**: Windows 10 PC and Monitor/Laptop with an i5 processor and 8GB of RAM or equivalent with anti-virus installed and Windows defender switched on. Additional requirements include a reliable internet connection and a headset with a microphone. Apple Mac computers are not suitable due to system compatibility.
