Cash Analyst, Retail

As a Cash Analyst your role is to ensure cost effective supply of cash to the Westpac Group's Multi-Branded Retail Network, by working with Staff, Stakeholders and Suppliers to drive agreed financial and performance outcomes.
- Forecasting and Optimising Branch Cash Holding Cost across WBC Group
- Identify Process Improvement Opportunities
- Review, identify & improve work practices and workflows.
- Ensure processes used deliver optimal cash costs and cash availability to customers.
- Support Business Initiatives
- Validate ATM reconciliation discrepancies; reconcile suspense accounts, and action cash discrepancies to and from the WBC Group, Cash in Transit Providers, and Other Banks and Industry bodies.
- Cash and ATM Adherence Monthly Reporting
A willingness to work with flexibility as you may be required to perform different tasks within other areas of the Westpac Group e.g., Working where you are needed to service our customer requests, or changing your hours/rosters to ensure business needs and customer needs are met.
