Your Impact

You will be a team player, collaborating with the Centre Leadership Team and Educational Leader within your centre to observe, inform and continuously improve our educational programs on offer to children. You put safety first with everything that you do and ensure all learning experiences are inclusive and respond to the needs of all children.

About Goodstart Stafford Heights

Our Stafford Heights childcare centre is located in a quiet, family orientated area in North Brisbane. Close schools, frequent public transportation and is conveniently accessible.
We offer a welcoming, fun and very supportive environment with lots of long-term staff
We provide a natural environment for children and families with playgrounds surrounded by gardens and trees.
We are a 64 centre open from 6.30am until 6.00pm
We feel that supporting our local community and culture is vital. We enjoy inviting our local community and families into our centre to share knowledge, skills and culture as this open's the children's eyes to the world around them, which is important in their learning journey.

**You’ll need**:
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
Current QLD Working with Children Check
