We are a brand new Banh Mi takeaway business opening up in one of the busiest roads in the western suburbs. Located in a new shopping district surrounded by a medical hub, other eateries, JB Hi-Fi and Bunnings across the road, we'll definitely be busy serving the growing population of retail workers within the area.

Banh Mi Central will be serving your classic banh mi as well as fresh barista made coffee all in takeaway form so there's no requirement for wait staff and clean up.

The job entails prior experience working with food, order making similar to Subway or other fast food chains. We prioritise speed and accuracy as well as good practice of hygiene of food prepared for our customers and we ensure our staff has the right tools to achieve this goal.

You will need to be comfortable with your knife skills as food preparation is also a key element in this role, basic tasks like peeling and grating carrots for our pickled veg can be expected in your day to day operation.

If you have experience in coffee making please let us know otherwise not essential as we can train you onsite.

We're looking for people across all ages 18 and over to join our brand new crew as part time employees with the potential to go full time. We offer award rates, flexible hours, accumulation of sick and annual leave, superannuation and discounted meals while on shift.
