As the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategic direction of our sales and marketing efforts. You will be instrumental in developing sales strategies, setting sales targets, and directing marketing strategies to maximise sales and customer loyalty.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and direct sales strategies and set sales targets to maximize organizational sales and customer loyalty.
- Direct and evaluate marketing strategies to promote our services effectively.
- Establish distribution networks and initiate market research studies.
- Set organizational policies and procedures for sales and marketing.
- Conduct data analysis and evaluate campaign performance against metrics.
- Lead sales teams in client relationship building and manage sales contract negotiations.
- Assess the marketing potential of new and existing locations and determine pricing schedules and discount rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record as a Sales and Marketing Manager, preferably in the automotive or related industries.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
