We’re on the lookout for a **full-time Customer Care Consultant** to join our dynamic team in **Malaga**. If you’re passionate about delivering exceptional service and building strong customer relationships, this role is for you As a key member of our **Customer Care Excellence Team**, you’ll play an important part in supporting our growing customer base.

**What You'll Do**:

- Manage customer orders and deliver an outstanding end-to-end experience.
- Respond to requests, source parts, and follow up on backorder ETAs.
- Share product information (don’t worry—we’ll provide full training and support).

**What You'll Bring**:

- Previous customer service experience in a trade store or retail environment (desirable).
- Strong customer service skills with a **customer-first mindset.**
- Confidence using computers and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivation, problem-solving ability, and great time management.
- A commitment to safety and promoting safe practices in the branch.
