Job Role: SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Lead

Experience: 12 - 15 Years

Location: Newcastle, NSW

Salary Range: 160,000 inclusive of - 160,000 inclusive of / Annum

SAP Plant Maintenance Functional Lead Domain - Pharma Industry (Preferable), Dairy Industry

implementation experience SAP Plant Maintenance Module (PM) with requirement gathering, business process study, Planning, Gap analysis, creating functional space, documentation, Blueprint preparation supported post-go-live post-implementation, Expertise in SAP PM module.

**Detailed Knowledge of the SAP Plant Maintenance master data, Transactional activities. Maintenance notifications, Maintenance orders, Preventive Maintenance, Calibration.

**Management of Technical Objects including serial number management.

**Refurbishment.

**Processing refurbishment Tasks, Task list Management.

**Controlling functions in Plant Maintenance. ** Knowledge on Integration Modules like MM/QM/PP/FI-CO.

**Classes & characteristics installed base measurement point and documents.

**Maintenance Planning, Work Orders. ** Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Planning, Notification Types.

**Plant Maintenance in the Organizational Structure of Accounting.

**Processing Maintenance Project.

**Data Migration with LSMW.

**Working with Interfaces/Forms/Reports/Enhancement.

**Familiar with the configuration of entire master data, Serial Number, BOM, Maintenance Task List, Measuring Point, Counters, PM Work Order, and Maintenance Plan.

**Hand-on Experience on SAP PM Production support and Function testing.

**Understand Client requirements, provide solution, Functional specification and configure the system accordingly.

**Development of Smart Forms as per client requirement like Breakdown Slip. Calibration Certificate, Preventive Maintenance Check Sheet etc.

**Salary**: Up to $160,000.00 per year
