**The Role**:
Snooze **Warrawong** is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Sales Assistant /Warehouse team member**. This **full-time** role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic retail environment and is eager to contribute both on the sales floor and in the warehouse.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales**:

- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored sleep solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain high store standards

**Warehouse**:

- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing merchandise accurately.
- Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and adheres to safety standards.
- Coordinate with the delivery team to manage stock levels and fulfil customer orders promptly.

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in sales and/or warehouse operations
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day
- The physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time
- Driven individual that has a high standard of customer service
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
