NEPEAN Conveyors (a division of NEPEAN) provides fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions, from concept to commissioning for some of the world's largest mining companies. Established in 1985, it manufactures and markets conveyor components including pulleys, idlers, rapid advance-rapid retreat components and drive-heads, and provides on-site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations.

**Our Opportunity**

To support our ongoing growth, Nepean Conveyors NSW is currently seeking a Service Technician. The position is a full-time opportunity, based in Unanderra, NSW.

**Daily **duties will include but are not limited to;**
- You will support our existing customer base supplying prompt and effective support for tasks such as:

- Equipment breakdowns / fault finding.
- Customer concerns.
- Installation activities and/or assistance.
- Maintenance activities.
- Commissioning tasks for new and relocated systems.
- Willingness to undertake a reasonable amount of overtime including weekends, and night shifts as required from time to time.
- Guaranteed work available at our Gulgong Workshop in the event site based work is unavailable.

**The Right Person**

To be considered for this opportunity, the right person will have:

- Mechanical or Electrical Fitting trade (2 Years post trade).
- Underground black coal experience preferable but not essential.
- Dogging certification or willingness to obtain.
- Working at height certification or willingness to obtain.
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
- Hydraulics certification or willingness to obtain.
- Full Driver License. (Class C)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to strategically evaluate and solve complex problems.
