Performance Bde

As part of the Ray White Corporate team whilst reporting to the CEO WA, this role will work closely with WA business owners to assist with the performance of their business - developing and implementing Partnership Plans, executing national strategies, assisting the growth of sales teams and leadership coaching.

**Key responsibilities**
- Build and maintain relationships with WA business leaders using Partnership Plan model
- Assist principals with the leadership of their sales team, growth and business/structural improvements including assisting with their training and development
- Plan, coordinate and deliver key training, as well as driving attendance to these events
- Assist with recruitment, eg: sales associates etc for our businesses, including organising our recruitment evenings
- Liaise with the national performance team for alignment of strategic outcomes and report on the delivery of performance programs and outcomes

**Your experience**
- Minimum of 5 years industry experience
- Have currently (or have the ability to develop) a good understanding of Real Estate CRM systems including Pulse, VaultRE and NurtureCloud in particular
- Proven record of positive results
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks and deadlines
- Deliver on challenging targets, goals and objectives
- Demonstrated success in developing a team culture
