**The Firm & Role**
My client is experiencing significant growth and are looking to find an ambitious & commercially minded Manager (from Assistant to Senior Manager) who is able to work closely with clients & provide a variety of services.

This is a unique opportunity to work across Business Advisory & Virtual CFO within a multi-disciplinary firm in the CBD. They have over 60 staff & have invested heavily in modern technology and are always looking at ways to improve efficiency & assist clients every step of the way The Partners have created a down to earth environment, with a positive work-life balance and a workplace where people enjoy going to work and strive for continuous growth.

As a Manager in this firm, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of between $800k & $1 million and looking after a team of 5 people. Externally, you will act as a main point of contact for clients & provide Business Advisory & Virtual CFO Services. There is a fairly even split across both with the role being focused on reviewing work & advising clients.

Internally, not only will you manage and mentor a team but you will also be part of a leadership group, with your feedback and ideas being taken on board to help shape the firm's strategy moving forward.

**About You**
- At least 6 years within Public Practice
- Ideally at least 1-2 years in a similar role that has involved delegating & reviewing work
- CA or CPA qualified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to showcase your technical knowledge
- Proven experience with client interaction, or at least the ability to do this
- Proactive, collaborative and able to think on your feet
- Desire to assist & mentor others and help grow a team around them
- Ambition to support the businesses growth as well as your personal growth
- Experience providing Virtual CFO services to clients is highly desirable
