In this pivotal role, you will play a crucial part in executing our marketing strategy and achieving our objectives. **Role Overview**: As the Marketing Division Leader at Lauxes Grates, you will lead the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy, oversee the marketing team, and ensure alignment with our business objectives. You will report directly to the General Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive our marketing and sales goals. **Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, gather & nurture leads, build relationships, and educate our audiences. - Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. - Maximise the value of existing marketing campaigns and sponsorships, seeking out opportunities for improvement. - Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics. - Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, promotional items, and presentations. - Analyse market trends and industry data to identify new marketing opportunities. - Forge partnerships with trade associations, industry influencers, and professional organisations. - Oversee any 3rd parties or agencies involved in our marketing efforts. **Requirements**: - Proven experience in marketing and leadership roles. - Tech Savvy - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Suite & CRMs. - Strong analytical skills with a curious and strategic mindset. - A commitment to our mission of "Changing the world one Grate at a time." **Benefits**: At Lauxes Grates, we celebrate achievements through an inclusive, driven, and welcoming culture.
