You’ll be responsible for the implementation phase of projects within Enterprise Project Delivery. Leading the development and review of the project’s, you’ll regularly provide reporting on quality against agreed measures.

Empowered to identify efficiencies within the projects, you’ll drive continuous improvement by seeking next practice. By motivating your team mates, your influence will extend beyond the direct team and you provide strategic oversight of procurement, risk and a beyond zero safety culture.

Working on key projects across the region, you problem solve complex construction phases and work cross functionally with a high performing team to deliver a diverse and exciting range of projects.

**Position Description**

**About you**

An experienced construction professional you will understand complex construction projects and developments. Your background in managing planned and safe works will see you tackle and meet quality and project deadlines.

Highly organised, you’re an forward thinker; someone who can see the bigger picture whilst being able to balance out the day to day. As a natural and engaging communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, you are capable of enhancing relationships and influencing others.

Your proven history in civil infrastructure will be supported by qualifications in construction management as your knowledge is tested in this rewarding and challenging role.
