**Position Overview and Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and provide support for Campus Principal including Senior School events and activities
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and maintain electronic diary
- Correspondence, photocopying, filing, and typing as required
- Organise financial arrangements and payments for Senior School events
- Order and cater for Senior School events
- Coordinate trophies and awards for Senior School Graduation
- Prepare materials for Staff Meetings
- Update records and follow up on Senior School absences and other matters
- Provide administration assistance to the Deputy Head of Senior School and House Coordinators

**Requirements**:
**Selection Criteria**
- Be a committed Christian with a deep desire to serve Jesus Christ as Lord.
- Experience in a similar role (experience in the education industry preferred).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Impeccable attention to detail and administration skills.
- Be a positive and collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated ability in problem solving, flexibility, priority setting and time management
- Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MAZE, SEQTA and Edval would be an advantage but not essential.
