About the Role
The purpose of a Cleaner at BISHS is to increase positive outcome for our staff and students.
The presence of a day cleaner on our premises is essential for maintaining a clean and orderly environment throughout the school day, which has several significant benefits for our students and staff.
Promoting a Positive School Culture in a clean and well-maintained school environment contributes to a positive school culture. When students and staff are in a clean space, they are more likely to take pride in their surroundings and less likely to contribute to mess and damage. This fosters a sense of responsibility and respect within our school community.
Enhancing Health and Safety with regular cleaning throughout the day ensures that high-traffic areas such as amenity blocks remain hygienic. This is crucial for preventing the spread of germs and maintaining the overall health and well-being of our students and staff.
Immediate response to issues by having a Cleaner allows for immediate attention to any cleanliness concerns that arise during school hours. Spills, messes, picking up rubbish and minor damages can be addressed promptly, preventing them from becoming larger problems or safety hazards.
