Our People are the heart and soul of Fonda and we are looking for some awesome Team Leaders to shine through and join our Knox team.

Our Team Leaders run both the front & back of house service at their Fonda restaurant. They make timely decisions and learn on the fly while leading Fondarians ( that's what we are affectionately known as ) across all functions of the restaurant. Team Leaders create an environment where people come together to genuinely connect.

If you are wanting to try something fun and new, we are also happy to train a great person with the right attitude

We want someone who can bring their shine and hit the ground running so the ability to start soon is preferred.
Adhering to Fonda's processes and procedures
Stock rotation and Food Safety
Preparing food items with speed and efficiency
Cleaning duties, including closing the kitchen
Managing the day-to-day operations of the business including opening and closing the restaurant.
Control the guest experience during a shift, from setting up the ambiance to responding to guest feedback - you’ll be in total control of the restaurant's vibe and the guests' experience.
Driving the sales, guest experience, COGS, labour goals for your restaurant whilst leading shift.

What's Next?
Our roles are permanent part-time. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends.
Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
