About the Role
Reporting to the Rostering and Administration Team Leader, the Rostering Officer is responsible for scheduling Home Care employees across various programs, including the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP), Home Care Package, LHG Assist, and Transitional Care. As the key point of contact, the Rostering Officer ensures continuity of care and services to consumers in alignment with individual service and care plans, following a person-centred approach to service delivery.
About You
With experience in rostering, you will be familiar with developing worker schedules and managing multiple priorities. Confident with communication over the phone, you will be comfortable responding to calls from clients and staff members. You will be a problem solver, able to identify and fill gaps in the roster whilst ensuring the Home Care roster is accurately filled in compliance with the SCHADS Award and LHG Enterprise Agreements (EA).
You will have a customer service focus with a strong attention to detail, ensuring data integrity when inputting information into our relevant systems. You will actively seek innovative solutions and collaborate with others to enhance processes and implement improvements. Previous rostering experience in home care will be highly regarded.
