**The opportunity**
With rapid year on year growth that continued through 2021/22, Hybrid is expanding the account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. The Account Manager role will have oversight on the full cycle delivery of our partnership clients, managing an Account Executive and reporting into the Account Director. Responsible for growing accounts beyond the initial partnership contract and into higher value work. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (mainly video call based), internal coordination of key staff (Digital, Content, Creative) and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and coordinate advertising campaigns and directly manage the relationships with a select group of clients.
- Manage Account Executives to achieve the best possible results for clients
- Work directly with our inhouse digital, creative and editorial staff on client requirements
- Report directly to Account Director in identifying opportunities for growth within current accounts.
- Liaise with stakeholders in the UK and Kuala Lumpur on global initiatives
- Act as a consistent point of contact for clients during onboarding and live phases of campaigns, managing timelines
- Take the lead on reporting calls with clients, Provide meaningful insights, track optimisations and work with digital team on delivery
- Compile client reports and work with digital team on launching campaigns
- Establish strong relationships with client accounts with the aim of retaining business for the company
- Potential for involvement on large contract pitching through tender process

**Requirements**:
- Proactive, positive attitude with the ability to use initiative
- Account management experience from a similar, digital marketing role
- Confident personality to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, highly personable and able to build a rapport quickly in a professional manner
- Ability to spot opportunities and challenge areas within existing accounts
- Management experience preferred, training on coaching and development will be provided
- Can-do attitude and energy that aligns with Hybrid’s growth ambitions
- Eager to learn and develop skillset while supporting our world-class account management team
- Strong organisational and time management skills to deliver on multiple projects simultaneously in a target oriented environment
- Keeps calm, pays attention to detail and delivers to high standards under pressure
- Ideally a relevant qualification within marketing/ advertising, however not a must as product and industry training will be provided
- Collaboration across time zones - working with clients in USA, Australia and Asia, with Hybrid teams in KL and UK
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
