Business Traineeship

**About the Opportunity**

We are seeking a Business Admin Trainee to join QuCare located at Capalaba.

QuCare is a non-profit Disability & Aged Care service provider. Out mission is to provide quality, person-centered care services to people who need assistance to achieve their goals.

The suitable person will be responsible for and contribute to:

- Answering and direct phone calls and enquiries
- Organising and scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining database and assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Ordering office supplies and stock
- Booking Travel Arrangements
- Research and Create presentations
- Photocopying, Scanning, Receipt and distribution of mail
- Contribute to the Health and Safety of self and others

**About You**
- Must have completed Year 12
- The desire to learn and a positive attitude
- Ability to work with people from all walks of life
- Must be able to obtain a Police Clearance and provide COVID-19 vaccination
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
