Junior Purchasing Officer

SSS Auto Parts is one of Australia's largest and leading suppliers of imported new genuine and aftermarket automotive crash parts.

We are looking for a Junior Purchasing Officer to join our friendly team. Roles are diverse and challenging with opportunity to grow with the company. Opportunity available to progress from Casual to Part/Full time work based on performance.

This role will include but is not limited to:
Review Supply and Demand
Filling orders
Communicating with suppliers
Price negotiations
Follow up on Shipments
Receipt of Goods
Assist logistic operations
Inventory control
Costing reports & reviews

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in:
Excellent MS Excel Skills,
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure
Can work individually and as part of a team
High Attention to detail
Speaking Chinese Mandarin is a plus
Good organisational skills

You will be provided with hands on training. Initial training is expected to take 1-2 weeks with regular mentoring and coaching

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

- High School (Year 12) (preferred)

- Chinese (preferred)
