- $103,085 - $116,115 per annum, plus an additional 15.4% Superannuation
- All locations considered, Melbourne preferred.

The Bureau of Meteorology’s Data and Digital Group manages Change, Configuration & Problem Management capability to ensure that any modification to the technology environment is controlled and aligned with the Bureau's overall technology strategy. We are seeking suitably qualified persons to carry out the duties of Change, Configuration & Problem Management within this area.

The appointee will be expected to have a wide-ranging understanding of technology and engineering and be articulate across the domain to successfully analyse and coordinate the processes of change and release management.

The successful incumbent should have:

- Experience and qualifications in Service Management as it relates to the implementation and operational use of Technology Change, Configuration & Problem Management.
- Demonstrated planning, time management skills and self-motivation, and with the capacity to work autonomously to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Demonstrated excellence in communication skills (written, oral and listening) and ability to engage with internal and external partners and stakeholders.
