The organisation are a national service provider who deliver a range a of high-quality & life-changing services to people living with complex behavioural challenges. With an aim to positively impact their clients for the better. They are currently experiencing some very strong organisational growth and as such require a dedicated & highly skilled PBS practitioner to join their multidisciplinary team in Geelong.

**About the role**

The organisation are looking for an experienced and engaging Behaviour Support Practitioner to join their highly regarded and diverse team to develop and deliver evidence based support plans within a complex support space.

Within this role you will be required to ensure that your NDIS clients goals are met using the positive behaviour support framework, making sure that these plans will promote their quality of life.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Assessed by NDIS being at core or above level as a PBS practitioner
- Current Driver's License
- Adhere to NDIS quality and safeguard commission requirements.
- Experienced working with people with a disability or working in mental health, OR Bachelor Degree related to Positive Behaviour Support i.e. Psychology degree.
- COVID19 Vaccination Digital Certificate, inclusive of mandated booster vaccinations as directed by State Government and NDIS mandates.
- Willingness to undertake Registered Behaviour Technician Training Certification within 6 months of commencement of employment
