The Software Engineering function in Ultra supports the software development lifecycle consisting of requirements analysis, design, implementation, test and verification in order to deliver software components into projects and products and supports the deployment and maintenance of software components. The role holder manages professionals in a defined area of Ultra. Develops plans for their team to ensure optimum use of time and resources. Ensures team performance is aligned and contributes to the overall plans of their area.
