**The Organisation**

Our client is recognised globally as a leading provider of executive-level educational programs and events for senior level executives in the public sector. Located in fantastic new offices in the Melbourne University precinct, you'll enjoy working with a dedicated, intelligent and passionate team to deliver a broad range of interesting on-line and face-to-face programs, workshops and events at the very highest level.

**The Role**

The Program Delivery Team is responsible for the successful delivery of all programs and events including an MBA Program, a Fellows Program, International Programs and short, bespoke executive programs. As the Program Delivery Coordinator, you'll work collaboratively as part of the team to help plan, prepare and deliver assigned programs from beginning to end. Acting as the first point of contact for university faculty staff and course participants/executives, you'll book venues, manage the pre-planning, logistics and enrolments, prepare course materials, maintain participant information and assist with post-event feedback etc.

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as the primary contact for faculty staff and participants for all pre, during and post program support
- Confirm session details, prepare materials and coordinate learning exercises and activities
- Create and maintain program content on the LMS
- Coordinate program logistics (IT, AV, flights, accommodation, catering etc)
- Track and manage enrolments/cancellations in the CRM system
- Maintain accurate and complete records of participant's details
- Assist with the collection, collation and analysis of program evaluation data
- Provide logístical support and on-site customer service assistance during programs
- Provide guidance and support to faculty and participants for on-line platforms
- Develop run sheets and technology platform instructions to ensure a seamless online experience
- Serve as a host for online programs, sharing documents and videos, coordinating break-out rooms and monitoring attendance etc.

**Skills and Experience**

This is a fabulous opportunity to really hone your event management skills in an intellectual, highly professional environment. We're looking for someone with strong program management or event coordination experience, ideally from within an executive education environment or similar (ie. business schools, medical colleges etc). Your strong PC skills and knowledge of online/webinar tools will be essential, along with excellent communication and strong attention to detail.
