**The Role**:

- **Full-time Retail Sales Assistant (Household)**

We are looking for a Full-time Retail Sales Assistant who is passionate about customer service, and household and are looking to become the next generation of MUJI leaders. As a Retail Sales Assistant in our busy Galeries Store, you will be responsible for:

- Maximising sales through delivering exceptional customer service
- Supervising and assisting with the regular replenishment of stock
- Assisting team members with customer enquiries relating to refunds and exchanges
- Upholding visual merchandising standards
- Promoting a safe working environment for your team and customers

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience in a similar retail sales assistant position and / or fast-paced retail store environment
- Visual merchandising and leadership experience is highly desirable
- Available to be rostered on early morning (7am) or late nights (10pm), and public holidays
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock
- Ability to create a friendly and rewarding experience for our customers
- Exceptional customer service and a positive can-do attitude
- Passionate and motivated to achieve the store sales targets
- A true passion for retail and our MUJI brand
