Joy & Bless In-Home Care is seeking to employ empathetic, compassionate and qualified Support Workers for clients in Macedon Vic. Ideally someone with experience dealing with autism and pathological demand avoidance.

We are committed to delivering participants with top quality care and supports to NDIS participants.

We offer person-centred services to disabled persons and those with mental health difficulties to improve their quality of life and assist them in achieving best outcomes for them.

Mandatory Qualifications required for this role

1. Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services

2. National/International Police Check

4. NDIS Screening Check

5. First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)Preferred

6. Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.

7. Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status.

9. personal quality: willing to listen without judgement, willing to work something out to remove things that create anxieties in the clients

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Part-time hours: 10-38 per week
