ESS Compass Group seeks to be a market leader in digital hospitality in the Offshore and Remote sectors. The Tastelife Community Experience team connects people through digital touchpoints (iOT) with the purpose of creating happier, healthier and connected onsite communities.

As a project coordinator, you will be required to provide administrative support to the project team and site operations as required. You are required to work autonomously and be a strong communicator to ensure our sites reach digital expectations and maximise engagement.

**Administrative**:

- Assist on administrative tasks for the department where required
- Develop and manage a Digital Retail Marketing Strategy
- Conduct site-wide audits to ensure sites meet KPIs & adhere to brand standards.
- Provide ongoing site-specific training and support
- Cross-departmental collaboration to identify retail marketing opportunities & drive sites to meet sales expectations

**Operational**:

- Conduct and lead site training in CMS and Compass internal systems
- Australia-wide travel including remote sites
- Agile collaboration with the project team
- Review various data sources to identify opportunities for program development
- Assist the project team with new initiatives and digital enhancements

**Essential**
- Strong sector and business acumen
- Manage/prioritise workload and meets deadlines
- Strong skills in Adobe Suite and MS suite
- Exceptional interpersonal skills

**Desirable**:

- Preferably remote site travel experience
- Content management system (Drupal)
- Training in Agile project management methodology
- Digital Marketing/EDMs & communications
