**Are you up for the challenge?**:
We are currently looking for a **Workday Functional Specialist **to join our Finance & Group Services division. This role can be based out of John Holland’s Flinders Gate office in Melbourne or Pyrmont office in Sydney.

As a key member of the Workday Support Team, you will support end user requirements for Workday. You will work closely with the Workday end users as part of our Level 3 Support Team in implementing and maintaining the John Holland vision, strategy and priorities.

**About the Role**:

- Manage service and support requests relating to Workday Finance
- Work closely with Workday end users to resolve business process queries
- Attend to Level 3 support requests, developing test scenarios, scripts and providing solutions to testing issues
- Test, validate and implement Business Process changes
- Create and maintain reporting and related dashboards
- Drive continuous improvement of the Workday solution platform
- Deliver efficient, accurate, timely system administration services as per agreed KPIs and SLAs

**About You**:
This position requires you to have a tertiary qualification in Finance/Accounting as well as previous Finance/Accounting functional experience.

You have demonstrated financial planning and analytical skills which, coupled with your strong attention to detail, allows you to identify and resolve issues as they arise.

Your excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
