**About the role**
We have exciting opportunities for **casual Team Members** to join our amazing team. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable experience for our members.

**Pay Rates**:
Mon-Fri $32.32, Sat $38.78, Sun $45.25.

Additional Mon-Fri rates: 7pm-midnight $2.81/ hr, midnight-7am $4.22/ hr

**What you'll be doing**
- Creating experiences for our members and guests
- Committing to only accepting the highest of standards
- Performing a variety of different responsibilities - no boredom. Duties are in bistro, café, bars, restaurant, reception, and gaming.
- Working together as a team to achieve success
- Following all policies and procedures
- Supporting veterans, their families and the wider community
- Have fun while being paid

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service
- A positive, friendly and energetic personality, with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced environment
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks
- A current RSA, Food Safety Certificate and the ability to obtain an RSG.
